Editing a Submitted Event Before Approval
This article explains how to edit a community-submitted event in the pending queue before approving it to go live on your Events Hub.

With the Seeker Events Network, community members and partners can submit events to your Events Hub. These submissions first land in the Pending Events queue, giving your team a chance to review and approve them before they appear publicly.
Sometimes, submitted events may contain errors, missing details, or formatting issues that need correction. That’s where the edit-before-approval feature comes in—allowing you to revise event titles, descriptions, dates, or other fields to ensure they meet your standards before publishing.
This article walks you through how to edit a submitted event while it’s still in the pending queue.
How To Edit a Submitted Event Before Approval
1. Navigate to https://seeker.io/dashboard

2. Click "Events"

3. Click "Pending Events"

4. Click here.

5. Click "Edit"

6. Click "Next"

7. Click "Submit"
