Reporting an Issue With an Event or Source
This article describes how to report a data issue with an event or source.
Reporting an Issue from the Discover Feed
Step 1: Open Events Network
Click on Events Network within your Dashboard.
Step 2: Navigate to the Discover Feed
Click Discover Feed to explore your feed of available events from the network.
Step 3: Report an Issue
Click Report issue to flag any problems with the event.
Step 4: Select the Scope of the Issue
Select whether the issue impacts the whole source or a single event by clicking This Event or This Source.
- This Event – Report issues specific to one particular event.
- This Source – Report issues affecting most or all events from a source.
Step 5: Choose the Issue Type
Select the issue from the list or click Other to input a custom description. Issue types include:
- Image(s)
- Date / Time
- Venue / Address
- Duplicate Listing
- Description
- Registration or Ticketing Link
- Other
Step 6: Describe the Issue
Enter a detailed description of the issue in the text field. The more information you provide, the quicker our AI can learn, improve the event data, and resolve the issue.
Step 7: Submit the Report
Click the Submit button to send your issue report.
Reporting an Issue from Manage Events
You can also report issues with events already imported into your calendar.
Step 1: Go to Events > Manage
Click Events in the left navigation menu, then select Manage.
Step 2: Locate the Event
Locate the event and click the menu item (three-dot icon) to view more options.
Step 3: Report the Issue
Follow the same process to report an issue with an imported event — select the scope, choose the issue type, add a description, and click Submit.
